Ingredients

  • 8tilapia filets
  • 1lime or lemon sliced thin
  • 3sliced roma tomatoes
  • 1sliced onion
  • 3sliced jalapenos
  • 1salt to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    spray a 3" deep oven safe dish with no stick spray

  2. 2

    lay out filets in a single layer then add salt

  3. 3

    layer lime or lemon slices on top of filets

  4. 4

    layer tomato, onion and jalapenos then cover with foil and bake in oven at 350' for 45 minutes
