  • eggs omelette
  • 5 largetomatoes
  • 6 largeeggs
  • 1/2 cupcorn oil
  • 2green chili chopped
  • 1/2 tbspsalt
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  • garnish
  • 1chopped green coriander
  • 1chopped green chili

  1. 1

    in medium saucepan add oil and feinely chopped tomatoes . medium high heat and stirring about 5to7 minutes. add salt ,black pepper powder ,turmeric powderand green chili. stirring about 2 minutes add eggs and stir about 2 minutes. for garnish put top of omelette green coriander and green chili.
