Ingredients

Throw In The Pot
2 cupmilk
2 cupquinoa
1 1/2 tspvanilla extract
1/3 cupsugar
1 dashcinnamon
Mix, Then Throw In The Pot
2 1/2 tbspcornstarch
1/3 cupwater

Steps

Mix all ingredients except the water and cornstarch together in a pot.

Mix the cornstarch and water together until it is a smooth paste.

Add in the cornstarch paste, then continue mixing the pudding until it is a good thickness. Keep in mind that it will become thicker when it chills.

Chill the pudding in the fridge.
