Sauce onions and mushrooms until cooked.

Fluff the eggs in processror.

Thaw spinach in microwave and put on paper towel to drain the liquid.

Combine all ingredients togeher in the pie plate.

If cheese is not grated cut up into small pieces.

Cook at 350°F for 30 minutes until crust turns brown.

Let cool for 30 minutes before cutting it.
