Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cupChopped or shredded chicken
  • 1 canCream of chicken soup
  • 1 cupSour cream
  • 1 cupJack cheese
  • 1 cupSharp cheddar cheese
  • 1Salt and pepper to taste
  • 10Flour tortillas

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredient except tortillas in a large mixing bowl

  2. 2

    Heat veg oil in a skillet.. Dip tortillas one at a time in hot oil for 10 seconds on each side

  3. 3

    Put a large scoop of the chicken filling I. The center of the tortilla.... Fold burrito style and place seam side down in casserole dish

  4. 4

    Sprinkle heavily with extra cheese of your choice

  5. 5

    Bake 40 min at 400 until bubbly
