Take idli put it on plate

Cut into half peices put all idlies

Take bowl put corn flour,maida,salt,chilli powder, ginger paste

Pour water make batter fir dipping idli peices...in the mean while

Put cadai on firm pour oil as deep fri..once heated dip peices leave on oil

Once get gold colour take into plate...put another cadai add 2 tsp oil add onion,chilli,capsicums fri 1 min add tomato sause and til fri and add soya sause

Mix again fri 2 min

Inthis munchuria add tasing salt...finally add coriander..

Now plate munchuria..ready to serve idli 65...very tasty
