Steak in mushroom sauce
The sauce is really gorgeous to taste

Fry the Steaks in the oil for 4 minutes each side then remove steaks and lay them in an oven dish and cover with foil to keep warm

In the same frying pan or wok. Add the garlic and ginger and fry for a minute then add the mushrooms and Onions until tbe mushroims are browned

Then add all the other ingredients (except the cornfour in water) to the mushrooms and mix in well. And fry for 2 minutes

Add the cirnflour and stir in when thickened pour it all out on top of the steaks and add it to the preheated oven on medium heat for 1/2 - 45 minutes

Serve with new small boiled potatoes or a Buttery Mashed potato
