Chicken Nuggets

My boys likes chicken very much so in the weekend evening snacks I sometimes make some variety of snacks with chicken. This weekend I have some boneless chicken so tried them with an easy and quick recipe as nuggets.
Believe me these came out really well, fluffy, soft from inside and crispy from outside. They increase in size when it's in frying process and before it gets cold it will reduce a little. It's better to serve them hot. Here my nuggets are in the same situation. They were more fluffy but while plating and taking photo shoots, it started going down 😊Never mind it's taste and softness are same. Took them in a tissue paper first after frying so that the extra oil soaks up.

Take boneless chicken pieces 250-300 grams. Cut them in small pieces and mince them in a mixer with 1 onion chopped, Ginger Garlic. Marinate it all together with 1/2 tsp of salt and pepper powder. Now mix 1 egg and a tsp of bread crumbs. Egg will help the chicken to fluff and bread crumbs will bind it.

Mix them well and take a tsp of the mixture and coat it with bread crumbs.

The size of the nuggets is better if you keep them small like a biscuit size as it will get cooked nicely from inside.

Deep Fry them in oil in low medium flame till it's little golden in colour.

You can see here that the size of the nuggets increases while frying. Fry them both sides and serve hot with any dips. I have served them with the classic mayonnaise.
