These are all the ingredients for Murg musallam

Take a bowl put curd in it and add all spices with ginger garlic paste, lime juice and food colour mix all well and make a paste of it

Take chicken make cuts in it and apply the paste all around inside properly and marinate it for 4 hour in refrigerator

After marinating cover the chicken with aluminum foil properly

Take a steamer put stand in it add water and steam it for 20-25 minutes

Now after steaming take a pan and shallow fry it with rotating it for five minutes

Take another pan and add chopped and diced carrots, cabbage, capsicums and add salt and black pepper mix all well for five minutes
