Ingredients

1 mediumonion, chopped
1/4 cupbutter, melted
1(32 oz.) package frozen hash brown potatoes
1(16 oz.) carton of sour cream
1 cancream of chicken soup
1 cupshredded cheddar cheese
2 cupcornflakes cereal, crushed

Preheat oven to 350°

Saute onion in butter until tender. Combine onions, hash browns, sour cream, chicken soup, and cheese into a large bowl and stir well. Spoon mixture into lightly greased. 11×7 baking dish Top with crushed cereal.

Bake uncovered for 1 hour or until golden brown.
