mix all the ingredients for the bballs form into small balls about the size of a quarter in a pan add olive oil heat and fry the ball till browned use a lid after turning to increase heat throughout the balls

brown the sausage in the drippings of the Buffalo after the sausage is done remove to a bowl leaving the juices add whole cumin onions peppers and a tablespoon of minced garlic

when tender set aside brown the beef drain add remaining ingredients to the beef add peppers and onions add bballs last fold in let heat through 10 minutes covered then remove from heat let sit 15 minutes covered
