Ingredients

1 1/2 cupfresh raspberries
1/2 cupsoftened butter
1 1/2 cuppowdered sugar

Steps

Wash and dry raspberries, then place in a sieve and work until 6 tbsp of juice is extracted.

Cream butter in mixer until white and fluffy, then slowly add powdered sugar.

Add raspberry extract, then whip for several minutes until fully incorporated.
