Preheat oven to 350 and coat a shallow casserole dish with cooking spray.

In large bowl combine soup, mayo, milk, shredded cheese, splenda, pepper, and nutmeg until well mixed.

Stir in quinoa and broccoli.

Spoon mixture into casserole dish. Sprinkle on a couple of tablespoons of Parmesean and bake for 35-40 minutes.
