
Truffle Mashed Potatoes

Peel potatoes, if desired. Cut into one inch cubes and cook in boiling water 20-25 minutes. Drain well.

While potatoes cook, heat Chicken broth, cream cheese and butter in a separate sauce pan; stirring whisk to combine.

Mash potatoes coarsely and add to broth mixture. Add truffle salt and pepper to taste. Serve while hot.
