I like cooking quick healthy meals, that wont confuse or take a lot of time. And this was scrumptious :)

Start rice in rice cooker then as the rice is cooking prepare the veggies in a LAN with the olive oil until tender to preference, throw in already cooked chicken cut into pieces, along with the soy sauce black pepper and sesame and ginger seasoning. Mix and cook together until hot and tender. When rice is finished, prepare by scooping rice into plate, and the veggie mix on top of the rice. Enjoy.
