Cook and drain meat. Set aside

Over medium heat add oil, cabbage and carrots for 2 minutes

Add meat and cabbage . Cook until cabbage wilts

Add hoisen sauce ans soy sauce, cook for 5 minutes

Spoon mixture onto lettuce leaves and roll up leaves.
