Mix all ingredients in medium bowl

Beat on high approxiamtely 5 min

Fill lined muffin tin about half way

Bake approxiamately 20 min or until toothpick comes out clean

Cool completely

Frost with desired topping, I perfer cream cheese icing

If using for Thanksgiving adding candy corn makes a cute turkey
