Ingredients

3 servings
  • 1 cupboiled whole moong dal
  • 2eggs scrambled
  • 1large onion chopped
  • 1 tspginger paste
  • 1 tspgarlic paste
  • 1tomato chopped
  • 1 tbsptadka masala
  • 1 tspred chilli Powder
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil and fry onion chopped and garlic

  2. 2

    Add ginger paste and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

  3. 3

    Add tomato and red chilli Powder

  4. 4

    Add the boiled daal and mix tadka masala

  5. 5

    Mix sugar and serve
