Ingredients

  1. 3 eggs
  2. 2 tspmilk
  3. 1/4finely chopped onions
  4. 1/4finely chopped tomatoes
  5. 1/4finely chopped capsicum (optional )
  6. 1/4 bunchchopped coriander
  7. vegetable oil
  8. 1/2 packagesprocessed cheese (can use mozzarella as well)
  9. salt and pepper

    In a bowl, put egg, milk, onion, tomato, capsicum, coriander, salt and pepper. Mix well.

    Heat the pan and pour vegetable oil. After the oil becomes hot, put the mixture. In that, spread the cheese before the egg cooks.

    Half fold the omelette. And let the egg and cheese cook nicely.

    It's ready! You can use schezwan sauce as well
