Ingredients

20-22 minutes
2 servings
  • 1 tbspRaspberries,Frozen
  • 1 tspStrawberries
  • 1/2 tspwhite sugar to taste
  • 1-2 dropvanilla essence or vanilla extract
  • 1 glasssoda or sprite/ Champagne
  • Strawberry for garnish
  • 4-5ice cubes

Steps

20-22 minutes
  1. 1

    In a medium sauce pan combine raspberries and strawberries diced.

  2. 2

    Heat on medium heat until soft.

  3. 3

    Add sugar cook for 5-6 minutes.

  4. 4

    Cool for 5 minutes, Blend or puree, Strain.

  5. 5

    Pour into the glass add soda or champagne & ice cubes.

  6. 6

    Garnish with strawberry serve chilled.
