Mix suji,salt and curd together with water

Grease idli moulds with oil and keep aside.

Add eno fruit salt.

Whisk the batter nicely.

Add the batter instantly into the idli moulds

Now keep the moulds into the steamer.

And cook for 3 mins in microwave.

Serve with chutney or sambhar.
