Steps

Add one inch of water to dutch oven. Cover and heat till boiling over high heat, add potatoes then reduce heat.

Cook covered for 20-25 minutes or until tender. Drain and return to the dutch oven.Halve potatoes if desired.

Drizzle butter, and sprinkle with parsley. Add 1/4 tsp salt, and 1/8 tsp pepper.

Stir gently to coat potatoes
