1/4 kgbaby aloo boiled
1 cuponion chopped
1tomato chopped
1 tspjeera
1 tspsalt
1 pinchsalt
1 tspchilli powder
1 pinchasafetida
Oil as needed

Take baby potatoes Peel skin...put cadai add oil Fri potatoes

Keep Fri until it gets golden colour

Take mixy jar put all ingredients make roughfly paste
4

Take potato to the plate add tadaka on same pan next put masala Fri til raw Ness left

Next add potatoes gently mix Aloo and masala bind to it....comes nice aroma.. ready to serve baby potatoes
