Cooking Instructions

Clean and cut potatoes into bite-size pieces. Season with salt, pepper, Old Bay seasoning, thyme, and garlic salt.

Dice onion and bell pepper. Preheat pan with oil and saute garlic over medium to high heat.

Carefully add potatoes, turning frequently. Then add bell peppers and onion, stirring frequently until potatoes are golden brown.
