Ingredients

  1. 5 ozbox of vermicelli pasta
  2. 2 cuprice
  3. 32 ozchicken broth
  4. 4 1/2 ozchopped olives black rippened
  5. 1/2 cupchopped cashews roasted
  6. 7chicken thighs boneless skinless
  7. 2 envelopesazon see pictures
  8. 1 tspturmeric
  9. 1 tsppaprika
  10. 2 tspkosher salt
  11. 1 tbspgranulated garlic powder
  12. 1 cupwater
  13. 12 ozbag frozen sweetpeas
  14. 1 tbspsoy sauce
  15. 1 tbspparsley flakes

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    put water in pot with chicken thighs, spices , soy sauce let it boil

  2. 2

    in a pan toast vermicelli till light brown in olive oil

  3. 3

    take thighs out of broth add 32 oz. chicken broth , add rice , olives , vermicelli and oil to broth

  4. 4

    toast the cashews I used raw ones so I could get the oils comming out of nuts

  5. 5

    add peas let cook till rice is done add cashews and thighs let sit 5 minutes serve
