I just threw this together and will make it again tweaking the recipe a bit maybe adding some nutmeg. This is a good dessert if you like something not as sweet.

Crust
1 1/4 cupOreo cookie crumbs
1/4 cupbutter
Filling
4 cupCool Whip - thawed
1/4 tspcinnamon
2 tbspbrown sugar
2 cupcanned pumpkin

Melt butter in microwave

Mix melted butter with Oreo crumbs

Lightly grease 9" pie pan

Press crumbs evenly over bottom and sides of pie pan with a large spatula

Combine remaining ingredients in mixing bowl with electric beaters or by hand

Smooth filling mix evenly over crust

Optional: sprinkle additional brown sugar and cinnamon over top
8

Chill in fridge or freezer for at least 1 hour
