Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupSemolina
  2. 1/3 cupCurd
  3. halfGrated capsicum
  4. Halfcapsicum for filling
  5. Small Carrot grated very fine
  6. 2-3Green onion finely chopped
  7. U can add more vegetables as per choice
  8. 1green chilli finely chopped
  9. 1/4 tspbaking soda
  10. as neededOil
  11. To TasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    First take capsicum and cut in round shape capsicum which one u have I have red capsicum so I use that one u can use which you have

  2. 2

    Now take bowl put curd add semolina salt and vegetables,batter should not so thick or runny

  3. 3

    Now add baking soda and whisk it

  4. 4

    Heat skillet / non stick tava put little oil and spread it. Now put round capsicum and put tbsp batter roast it on slow flame after 5 min turn it
