4 servings

4large boneless, skinless chicken breast
2 tbspdry ranch mix
2 ozcream cheese (softened)
2large raw jalepeno
6large strips of raw bacon
dashCajun seasoning
dashcayenne pepper

Slice jalepeno long ways and scoop out seeds. You should have 4 halves

Mix cream cheese and dry ranch in small bowl

Use spoon to fill each half of jalepeno with cream cheese mixture

Sprinkle Cajun and cayenne seasoning onto each side of chicken breasts

Place one half of stuffed jalepeno on top of seasoned chicken breast

Wrap chicken an jalepeno tightly with 2 strips of bacon

Bake in oven at 400 on rack with a cookie sheet underneath for grease to drip on

Bake for 20 minutes, then flip over and broil for about 5 minutes to crisp up bacon
