Boil Eggs for roughly 15 to 20 mins

Finely chop the onions, tomatoes, garlic and chillies

Place a Kadai/Pot on low flame on the gas and then add some cloves, black pepper, cinnamon sticks, cardamom, bay/curry leaves and slightly roast them

Add 150 ml of oil to the kadai/pot and then add the chopped onions, garlic and chillies to it. Cook on low flame till the onions are translucent in appreance

Add the tomatoes to the kadai/pot.

Now add the other spices garam masala, any other masala powder which you usually use, Salt and ginger garlic paste as per taste.

Mix the ingredients and then let it cook till the mixture soaks in the spices and releases some water.

Grate the boiled eggs, add to the paste and mix well

Add chopped coriander as garnishing
