Preheat oven to 180 degrees and grease and line a bread tin

Sift together all the dry ingredients in a bowl and set aside

In another bowl mix all the wet ingredients

Add the flour mixture to the wet mixture and combine well do not over mix.

Fold in the zucchini and pour the mixture into the prepared tin

Bake for 50 min or when you insert toothpick comes out clean.
