First peel and remove the middle string in the cassavas. then wash then and put in the sufuria u will boil with

In that sufuria chop the onions on top of the cassavas and add allitlle water and start to boil

As it starts to simmer add the coconut milk and salt and let it ivaa in that now. when they are tender remove from the heat and let it cool

In a separate sufuria take the coconut cream and start cooking like porridge, let it simmer until its thick

Deep fry the washed salted dried fish

Now serve the cassavas then top it with the cream to your likeness
