Ingredients

3 people
  • 400 gmpaneer,cut into 1 inch
  • 2chopped onion
  • 1 tspGinger paste
  • 1 tspGarlic paste
  • 2 tspLemon juice
  • to tasteSalt
  • 2chopped and 1 slit green chillies
  • 1 tsphaldi powder
  • 1/2 tspmustard seeds
  • 1 tbspoil
  • Curry leaves few
  • 1 1/2 cupThick coconut milk

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl add paneer,lemon juice, salt a pinch gently mix and keep aside for 15 min.

  2. 2

    Heat the oil in kadai add mustard seeds when it's popping add curry leaves, add green chillies when they little fry add onions and cook until soft and translucent.

  3. 3

    Now add ginger,garlic paste,turmeric powder,and paneer cook on high heat for a min.

  4. 4

    Add Coconut milk and adjust salt,cook 10 min on med. flame covered with lid.

  5. 5

    Garnish with curry leaves and slit green chilli serve with steamed rice.
