Ingredients

  1. 1 canwhole kernel corn with juice
  2. 1 cancream style corn
  3. 2eggs beaten
  4. 1 cupsour cream
  5. 1/2 cupbutter melted
  6. 1 (6 1/2 ounce)package corn muffin mix
  7. the two cans of corn can be substituted with Chad and Julia's fresh corn and adding a little water or cream

Cooking Instructions

    Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl thoroughly then fold into a buttered casserole dish

  2. 2

    Place casserole dish into a pre-heated 350 degree oven 40-50 minutes or until the corn is set. A slight brown on the top gives a nice presentation.
