Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1medium size octopus
  2. 2 tablespoonssalt
  3. 1 tablespooncracked pepper
  4. 1 cupwhite wine
  5. 1/3 cupdried oragano
  6. 2dried crushed chilli peppers
  7. 1/3 cupolive oil
  8. 1/2 bunchfresh parsley

  1. 1

    In a bowl: mix olive oil, oragano, chilli pepper, 1 tablespoon of salt. Set aside this as it will be used as a rub later on.

  2. 2

    Clean octopus and put in stock pot with all the remainder of the ingredients. Boil until tender

  3. 3

    Once octopus is tender, remove it from stock and drain. Apply the rub. Let it marinate for 10 minutes then grill until desired.

  4. 4

    Remove from grill and drizzle with olive oil and fresh lemon.

Looks amazing! I'm a big fan of octopus but only had in japanese food or sushi. I'll have to try this!
