Ingredients

3 servings
  • 250 gmLitchi
  • 2 tablespoonpowder sugar
  • 1 TeaspoonLemon juice
  • 1 spooncoloured gems

Steps

  1. 1

    Litchi ko peel off karein.

  2. 2

    Litchi ke pulp ko mixi se pees lein.

  3. 3

    Chhalani se seive it. Juice nikal lein.

  4. 4

    Add sugar & Lemon juice in juice according to the sweetness of Litchi.

  5. 5

    Pour into small glassess.

  6. 6

    Garnish with coloured jams.

  7. 7

    Put the glassess in fridger for 2 hours.

  8. 8

    When icecream jam jaye to serve it cold.

  9. 9

    Bhi tasty & healthy Litchi icream for children & party.
