Ingredients

  1. 30 gor ¼ cupall-purpose flour
  2. 50gor ½cup rolled oats
  3. 30 gor ½cup shredded coconut
  4. 45 gor ¼ lightly packed soft brown sugar
  5. Finely grated zest from 1 lime
  6. 100 gunslated butter, cut into cubes
  7. 2bananas, peeled and halved lengthways
  8. 4plums
  9. 60 mlor ¼ cup lime juice

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 180°C, combine the flour, rolled oats, coconut, sugar and zest in a small bowl. Add the butter and, using your fingertips, rub the butter into the flour mixture until crumbly.

    Put the bananas and plums in a dish (that can hold 5cups size capacity) and pour over the lime juice. Toss to coat in the juice. Sprinklethe crumble mixture evenly over the fruit. Bake for25-30 minutes, or untilthe crumble is golden. Serve hit with ice cream or whipped cream.
