Slice the sweet potatoes and sprinkle salt on it.

Heat up the vegetable oil and fry.fry with medium heat for 3minutes.cut the onion in big chunks and add to it.select the onions oit and dispose onces the sweet potatoe is done.

Pour in the sieve to cool before eattong ot.is also crunchy and i love it.
