Ingredients

  1. 1 bowllightly fried (karara) Bhelpoori
  2. 2 tbspboiled potatoes chopped
  3. 1 tbspchopped onion
  4. 1 tbspchopped tomato
  5. 1/3 tspgrated ginger
  6. 1 tspchopped green chilli
  7. 1 tbspchopped green coriander leaves
  8. 1 tbspDaibiji mixture
  9. 1 tbspfried moongphalli (groundnuts)
  10. 1/2 tspfried zeera powder
  11. 1/3Chat masala
  12. 1/2 tspLemon juice(optional)
  13. 1/3 tspmustard oil
  14. Salt as per taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients except Bhelpoori properly first in a big bowl.

  2. 2

    Then mix Bhelpoori nicely to keep the crunchiness intact

  3. 3

    Enjoy the yummy and crunchy bhelpoori.

    Note: you can add chopped carrot and cucumber also.
