This chicken turns out so delicious... you won't even think it's chicken. Perfect for tacos, empanadas, flautas—any dish where you'd use plain shredded chicken, this pulled version is even better. Bibi GarcíaTranslated from Cookpad Mexico -

BBQ Shredded Chicken - Slow Cooker BBQ Shredded Chicken - Slow Cooker
My recipe for slow cooker shredded BBQ chicken, using a homemade sauce. The thing I love about this, is that you control the ingredients for the BBQ sauce. If you like it sweeter, then increase the honey. If you like it tangier, then increase the vinegar. If you like it spicy, then add more hot sauce and some cayenne pepper. Don't leave out the liquid smoke though, it is essential for that classic BBQ taste. As is, this sauce has a little taste of everything. Christina
