Brown chicken

Sautee onions and garlic

Once the chicken is browned, put into slow cooker alongside the onions and garlic

Cut carrots, tomatoes and broccoli, add to slow cooker

Add salt and pepper to taste

Add oil. Add water until it gets close to touching the chicken

Set timer to 7 hours if you want the chicken to be very tender, less if you want it more chewy
