  1. Pulled Chicken
  2. 4 poundsboneless chicken breasts, frozen
  3. 1 (16.9 oz.)bottle ginger ale
  4. 1 (18 oz.)bottle barbecue sauce
  5. 1yellow onion, diced
  6. 3 clovesgarlic, minced
    How much garlic
  7. 2 tsp.salt
  8. 1 tsp.ground black pepper

    Pour ginger ale, half a bottle of your favorite barbecue sauce, onions, garlic, salt, and pepper into a slow cooker and whisk together. Place the chicken into the cooker. Cook for 12 hours on LOW.

  2. 2

    Drain the liquid, reserving about a cup. Pull the chicken with two forks and add it back to the slow cooker with the reserved liquid and the other half of the barbecue sauce.

  3. 3

    Make some sandwiches with your choice of "fixins" and enjoy!

Tips

How much garlic

A 1/2 teaspoon of minced garlic or 1 tablespoon of garlic paste equals one clove.
