  1. 2 poundchicken breasts
  2. 1 canrotel
  3. 1 packageTaco seasoning
  4. 1 cancorn
  5. 2 cupspico de gallo

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Add chicken, taco seasoning, rotel, and pico de gallo to crock pot

  2. 2

    Cool on low for 5 hours

  3. 3

    Add corn to crock pot and continue cooking 1 hour or until chicken is 165°

  4. 4

    Shred chicken with forks

  5. 5

    Serve on soft tacos, hard tacos, rolls or great for breakfast burritos with eggs
