  1. एक कप तूर दाल
  2. एक कप चनादाल
  3. एक कप उड़द दाल
  4. एक कप मूँग दाल
  5. दो चम्मच जीरा
  6. चुटकीभर हींग, हलदी
  7. डेड चम्मच नमक
  8. बारीक कटा कोतमीर
  9. स्वाद अनुसार हरीमिर्च

    सारे दाल को अच्छे से पानी में धो के, पानीमे कम से कम दोघंटे भिगोइए

    ज़ीरा, हींग, हल्दी, हरीमिर्ची के साथ पीस लीजिए। बहुत बारीक नहीं पीसना। नमक मिलाइए।

    अभी इसके गोले बनाकर इडली जैसा, बिना वैट लगाए स्टीम कीजिए।
