Wash & sook the rice for half an hour.

Heat the ghee and fried the jackfruit and remove in the plat.

In a pot,add water will be doubled with rice and add cloves,some royal cumin seeds, cardamom,2 bay leaf.when the rice half cook drain the rice & remove all spices.

Now heat the ghee and add cumin,bay leaf 10 sec. After add onion fried till golden.

Now add ginger,garlic paste,all dry spices,then shuffled curd mix.nowadd jackfruit,salt,Biryani,garam masala 1 min after add some water & cook 5 min.

Now remove some veggies & spread a second layer of rice,now spread a 3rd layer of veggies then spread the last layer rice.

Now leave it an a slow flam for 15 min.turn off the gas Biryani is ready.

Now add cashew,mint & coriander leaf.serve it with raita.
