For samolina mango cake
1 cupSemolina
1 cupmango puree
1/2 cuppowder sugar
1 cupvegetable oil
1 tspbaking powder
1/2 tspbaking soda
1 tspcardamom powder
for banana wheat cake
1 1/4 cupwheat flour
2ripe bananas
1 cupcurd
1 cupsugar
1 cupvegetable oil
1 tspvanilla essence
11/4 tspbaking powder
1/2 tspbaking soda

Steps

In a bowl mix samolina, mango puri, sugar, oil and cardamom powder and keep aside for 30min. to rest.

After 30min.add baking powder and baking soda and mix it well.

Pour better into a greased tin and tap it 2 to 3 times.

Now set it in preheated microwave oven on 180°for 30min.(convention mode).

BANANA WHEAT CAKE -----In a bowl sieve wheat flour, baking powder and baking soda together.

In a mixing jar add chopped bananas, curd, sugar and vanilla essence..And grind it till we get smooth better.

Now put this better into wheat flour mixture bowl.. and add oil.

Mix well and pour better into greased tin and tap it 2 to 3 times and set it in preheated microwave oven on 180°for 40min.

After ready both cakes..in a small bowl mix cream and mango puri...And make a layer on the mango cake now place banana wheat cake over it..And garnish with nuts..
