You all must be thinking what sort of name of paneer recipe is this? Yes in this recipe paneer is marinated and lightly fried , retaining it's softness. Very easy to make.

To marinade the paneer cubes, in a bowl take turmeric, half of chilli powder, a pinch of salt, a pinch of curry powder, 1/2 tsp corn flour and a half tsp cooking oil.

Mix properly and keep aside for 1 hr

Take a pan and lightly fry the marinated paneer. Take out them.

Add chopped garlic and fry 2 mins.

Mix onions and cook to transparent. Add tomato and fry for 1 min.

Put chopped shimla mirch and cook on high flame to retain the crunchiness.

Add remaining masala, mirch powder and salt except chat masala.

Cover and cook for 1 mins in low flame.

Sprinkle chat masala, mix nicely and serve hot this yummy and awesome recipe.
