Ingredients

2 to 3 servings
  1. 250 gmpaneer cut in cubes
  2. 2med shimla mirch cut in sqares
  3. 2med onion cut in squares
  4. 2green chilli chopped
  5. 2large tomatoes boiled and chopped
  6. 1.1/2 tsp garlic chopped
  7. 1/3 tsp turmeric powder
  8. 1/2Kashmiri red chilli powder
  9. 1/3 tspcoriander powder
  10. 1/3 tspRuchi curry masala powder
  11. 1/4 tspgaram masala
  12. 1/3 tspchat masala
  13. Salt as required

  1. 1

    To marinade the paneer cubes, in a bowl take turmeric, half of chilli powder, a pinch of salt, a pinch of curry powder, 1/2 tsp corn flour and a half tsp cooking oil.

    Mix properly and keep aside for 1 hr

  3. 3

    Take a pan and lightly fry the marinated paneer. Take out them.

    Add chopped garlic and fry 2 mins.

  5. 5

    Mix onions and cook to transparent. Add tomato and fry for 1 min.

    Put chopped shimla mirch and cook on high flame to retain the crunchiness.

    Add remaining masala, mirch powder and salt except chat masala.

    Cover and cook for 1 mins in low flame.

    Sprinkle chat masala, mix nicely and serve hot this yummy and awesome recipe.
