2eggs
3streaky bacon rashers
to tasteSalt and pepper
Pinchchilli flakes

Steps

Place bacon rashers on a tray in oven on 190. Meanwhile whisk eggs, salt, pepper and chilli flakes together.

Soak crumpets in egg mixture for 10 minutes while bacon crisps

Fry crumpets in a little oil until golden brown. Serve with crispy bacon on top.
