  • 2 cupsrice
  • 1carrot, diced and peeled
  • Pinchsalt
  • 1/2cucumber, thinly diced
  • Drizzle olive oil

  1. 1

    Boil your rice, and carrots together with salt too

  2. 2

    Then once it has cooked drain water

  3. 3

    Drizzle olive oil and pour the cucumber and cover the pot.

  4. 4

    Serve your rice with beef stew.
