Combine the Sauce ingredients in a bowl.

Boil the Spinach and squeeze. Cut the spinach into 10cm lengths. Put it into the Sauce bowl.

Mix the Spinach and Sauce well. Transfer to a plate.

Make scrambled eggs in a frying pan, and lay in on top of the Spinach.
