Steps

In a non stick pan, put ghee and add mawa. Then roast it on medium flame for 1 or 2 minute or golden brown. Continously stirr to avoid burning.

Then add grated cottage cheese and mix it well.

Add sugar and milk and mix well. Keep cooking for some more with continuously stirr.

Then add baking powder to give it a crumbly texture..and keep stirring well. When adding this the mixture will rise so keep cooking for 2 or 3more minute.

Then ur mixture will separate the pan and easily fold up consistency. Then add coco powder to give it a chocolaty taste and a lovely brown colour.

Add chopped nuts and mix it well.

Switch off the gas.

Grease the tray and pour ur mixture and set it for an hour.

Then cut it into squares..

Ur dodha is now ready to eat.
